The dog pictured above is named Renato, which is Latin for rebirth. He's a survivor of Milwaukee's 2011 dogfighting bust. He also survived 22 months in MADACC as "evidence". On April 1st of 2013 the Brew City Bully Club took him into their rescue program and began his rebirth.

It took 14 months for Renato to build trust, to understand love and to discover what it means to just be a dog.
It took months of desensitization to sudden movements and re sensitization to human touch.
The hard work and dedication of BCBC volunteers and Renato himself resulted in his adoption to a loving forever home during the summer of 2014.

One of our very dedicated volunteers, Don Holle, is a member of  The Losers Car Club, "which was started as an alternative to the car clubs that get so caught up in the running of their club that they forget why they have cars,
and that is to have fun!"

Most members have Street Rods, they are represented by everything from a stock 1924 Ford, Street Rods including several NSRA award winners, stock cars of the 1950s and 60s, muscle cars of the 1960s and 70s up to a custom 1994 Thunderbird. "There are no trailer queens here", all of the cars are drivers going to many NSRA and Goodguys events yearly

The Losers Car Club will have an incredible showing of some of their best cars at this years ride!
Weather permitting, of course :)  They will be there in the morning during registration.  Check them out!
